I have a two-month-old cat, I purchased the QR tag. Had to remove it since it's too big. I will use this later when my cat becomes at least 6 months old. Honestly, I am happy with my decision since my door is always open, and when at work I am always worried.

The Captain India QR Code Tag is a unique identifier on your pet's collar. In the event your pet goes missing, you can raise an alert on the Captain India App (turn on the pet missing notification). Our 24/7 Command Service Station is then notified, and our safety officers initiate efforts to locate your missing pet. (When someone finds the pet and they scan the QR Code).

How can someone who finds my missing pet using the QR Code Tag with the Captain India App?

The person who finds your missing pet can scan the QR Code from any scanner. This triggers an instant alert at our Safety Command Station, and our safety officers will connect with the pet finder to facilitate the safe return of your pet.

Can the person who finds my pet contact me directly through the QR Code?

Yes, if someone finds your pet and scans the QR Code, they can use the information linked to the code, such as Command Station contact number, to get in touch with you for the return of your pet.(Only when missing notification is on).

The Pet QR Code contains information provided by pet parents, including the pet's name, the pet information, and any medical conditions or special needs the pet may have.
